By clicking on the I AGREE button, Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the Agreement: If Customer does not agree or is not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer should not click on the I AGREE button. NOW THEREFORE, Customer agrees as follows: 1) Deposit is $100 and is non-refundable deposit will be applied to the balance on the day of the party. 2) Balance payment have to be made on the day of the birthday either by cash or credit card. 3) The Inside Playground is open for the public during the party and will not grant a private use of the facility. 4) The only private area for the party is the private birthday room and will be available for 45 minutes. 5) The birthday package will allow unlimited play time for up to 15 children, every additional child will cost $12 extra. 6) The inside playground will not provide party items such as cake, beverages, food, cups, utensils, goody bags, cake candles. we will provide plates, napkins and spoons for both adults and children. 7) No shoes are allowed on the play area floor. Children are encouraged to play in bare feet to lessen the chance of slipping as they run around and climb on the structures. Adults who plan to be on the playground floor are required to wear socks. please advise your guests. 8) No goody bags are allowed on the play area. 9) No food and drinks of any kind allowed on the play area. 10)All food and drinks allowed in the birthday room and/or snack area only. 11) When choosing a character meet and greet add on, the character will interact with the children for up to half an hour. 12) When choosing a reptile show add on, the reptile program will run for up to one hour (booking is based upon 3rd party vendor availability)
